Just recently the American Heart Association came out saying that Hormone Replacement Therapy does not help in preventing Heart Disease in Women. Heart Disease is the number one killer of women today.

It has also been shown that Hormone Replacement Therapy does not help prevent Osteoperosis in post-menopausal women.

The prevention potential seen in Hormone Replacement Therapy has been shown to actually be a by-product of socio-economic position.

The reporter (on the local station) asked of the doctor they were interviewing how she knew they wouldn't come out and say just the opposite again in two years. This doctor is the first I've seen to take the time to explain the scientific process. She explained that this was just a new layer to our understanding of science regarding Heart Disease in women. That as a result of the scientific process the corallary drawn between horomones and Heart Disease and Osteoperosis were actually because women of higher social and economic standing could afford hormones for relief from their syptoms of menopause. But since these women were in general better educated and more able to eat balanced healthy meals and belong to health clubs their risk factors for Heart Disease and Osteoperosis were reduced. And it was being recommended as a potential protection against both these conditions in women until further peer review of the findings were conducted. That peer review has shown those findings to be false.

Anyway, her explanation of the process was refreshing to hear.

He's YOUR god, they're YOUR rules, YOU burn in hell!

Cardiac patients take a lot of pills. The pill for hormone replacement therapy is just one of them. Anytime researchers are studying something like hormone replacement therapy as being of benefit (or the opposite) to heart patients, they are talking about the results of multi-drug therapy. I, personally, would not go *off* any of my drugs to test one single portion of my therapeutic regimen. Just where are they getting the *dummies* for their studies?

I am in good shape and I am not about to permit myself to become a part of somebody else's study.
