A very important point. If God can "change the rules" any time He likes, not only is all pretense of Creationism-as-science flushed down the drain, but any pretense for science in general is flushed, as well.
Science is based on the assumption that we can know an "objective reality" in which the ways things happen don't change over time (or at least, they change in predictable ways). The existence of a God which can, on a whim, change the laws of physics means that that assumption is not valid. If true, all of science would become worthless, and the phrase "Creation Science" would become a doubled lie. |
