.....getting interesting.
The Court has stated that the medical records of everybody's favorite motor-mouth can be examined by the proscution (but nobody else gets to peek). Needless to say, Rush is somewhat put out that he might be treated as any other citizen. Today, he has spoken forth on the matter.

It has been very frustrating to sit here and see what gets released and then reported in the media and to have to remain silent about it for a number of reasons. The occasion for silence is now ended because of the medical records hearing that occurred yesterday here in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. Now, the judge ruled against me on the privacy of my medical records despite the fact that we claim that the prosecution in this case did not follow the law as written by the Florida legislature in securing those medical records.

Of course, it's all the fault of the Clintons. Those commie/liberal bastards infilterateded that mercenary bitch of a maid into his house!
Get high, hang high, Rush. Hang high, just like the rest of us would, let us hope.
Edited for the usual.

Perhaps he should check out Federal law (which trumps local law). In particular HIPAA. The Feds wrote law enforcement an exemption.

I could seldom listen beyond Rush Limbaugh's opening remarks. I turned the radio off at that point.
