For the note, I have to agree on the whole Judas thing. That has to be the most BUNK cover up for a Biblical contradiction (or one of the top 5) that I have ever heard!

There's a decent book out there, I need to dig out my copy, it is called "Is That In The Bible?". The author is pretty much an idiot judging by some of his other works that I've read. As for this one, he often tries too hard to disprove the Bible it seems, though there are a few accounts that will definatly get you laughing! I forget which two Gospels and versus, but I think it was Mark and Luke that were listing Jesus family tree. One said his grand father was so and so, the other listed another name all together. This could of course be explained by assuming that they were refering to Joseph's family tree in one Gospel, and Mary's in another, but that would not make sence if you were trying to track the ancestory of David for one, and for another, they NEVER put a Woman fist in the Orthodoxed version of the Bible, so they certainly would not trace Jesus' ancestory via Mary.

EDIT: Wow, just noticed I am 4 pages too late in this conversation. :)

Also though you all might be interested in this link:

The logical question to pose after that would be: Is the Holy Spirit really doing his job? Which leads us to the next logical question: Does God care if the HS does his job? Does he care at all?

I've asked Him the last question many many times, and since I haven't gotten a reply, I've concluded that he does not.
