Thanks for the suggestion, and welcome to SFN.

For your information, we do not allow multiple postings on this forum. I have deleted the above link from all but this thread.

Happy posting!

Perhaps it's a great site for skeptics and everyone else who would bother to register.
I think I'd much prefer Skeptic Friends Network where anyone have reading access to the majority of (if not all but moderator's own) forums.
That way people can read debates and stuff without any hassle at all, then decide if it is worth the trouble of going through a registration process. I'm a lazy bum, and I bet there are people lazier than me out there...

This is the best site ever right here. However, for a site that's trying to be as good, but not just for skeptics, try www.volconvo.com .

Besides, the network54 site seems to be sponsored by means of GAIN. If you go somewhere on that site, sooner or later you will be asked to confirm installation of GAIN software to get commercial messages delevered to you, or spy-ware or whatever. I hate GAIN.

I will not go near that site again, and I want to discourage others to go there.

Edited to add: I'd rather donate a few bucks to Skeptic Friends Network rather than see it bogged down by advertisements like that site.
Keep up the good work, @tomic, Kil, Dave_W and the rest of you. If I'd like to donate money to this site but doesn't use Pay-Pal, how do I do?

Hmmmm, thanks Dr. Mabuse. I will ask the other staff. You could always purchase a shirt or cap from our store, too. Do you have anything against Pay Pal or have you just never used it before?

I'm unsure about the security, that's why I haven't tried it out yet. I started out the registration process once, but never finished it because I didn't feel enough informed on how the concept worked.

Well, people can simply input a credit card after filling out the forms and it becomes a simple payment/donation like any site. There is an SSL lock once you are on the pages requiring information.

I suppose we will want to look at an alternate method for those that don't wish to use PayPal.

cma, you need to stop posting that link over and over. It's called spamming and we won't have any of that here.
