You preach contradictions because you as a 'radical evolutionist' discount the whole book.
No, I do not. I've said this before (but you are too thick to understand, or you never read my posts) that the Bible contains many insights about the human condition, and suggestions for social modeling. Not all of it is true or applicable today, none the less, it gives us valuable information on how people thought at the time of it's writing.

So don't give me these contradictive statments.
Please quote the exact phrase I wrote that you think is contradicting, explain why you think it is contradicting, and I will give you an explanation why I wrote it, and what it means.

This is part of your plan, as we attack all the different versions of your fiction based book.
What book are you talking about?

(Example one, no plants to produce oxygen in the early earth? Invent a germ that gives off oxygen while the plants evolve!!!
To understand how cyanobacteria evolved the capability to use photosynthesis and in return produce oxygen requires a bit more than high school biology 101 and chemistry 101. You have yet to show any understanding of biology or chemistry enough to convince me you finished those courses.

They did indeed leave traces behind. They are too small to be seen with the naked eye. Traces have been found to be more than 3500 million years old.

Cyanobacteria are still around and kicking. But since they are bacteria, they are a bit hard to find with the naked eye, so chances are that you had a few in your glass of water without noticing.

And I believe in fairy tales????)

Yes, you live in fairy tales. You make them up as you go. Just look at your statements above.

According to The Secert Book of John), this knowledge was given him by the Pharasies Arimanius after Arimanius chastised him for being led astry by the Nazzarene. (Gnostic)

The Gonsstics beleived that the highest Diety was the Father of Light.

Without getting too technical, and without having to thumb through this dry reading.......

Sophia desired a copy of First Knowledge, which was one of the five Aeons. Without consent of anyone she did this. But instead she gave birth to Ialdahbaoth, the Yahweh of the OT, which the other Aeons considered a "monsterous abortion of darkness".

Ialdahbaoth stole some of Sophia's light. He created the world, but not man. He was tricked into breathing the light into man.

He was a jealous God, and did not want Adam to have knowledge of any gods before him, so forbid of Adam the to eat form the Tree of Gnosis (knowledge), which was also called the Tree of the Thought of Light.

Incidently, it was Christ who was the Serpent in the garden that convinced them to eat of this fruit, to release them from Ialdabaoth.

Geees... I surely did not want to go burrowing throught those old texts. They were a hard read was I was really interested in reading them.

From the Manichaean Creation Myths (Manichaean Gnostic)

A good book I found, and from which I presented the above information was was The Other Bible. Edited by Willis Barnstone. Harper Collins 1984.

All sorts of ancient jewish and christian texts. The Coptic sect was anahilated to the last over the heretical views in the Gnostic Gospels.

Most came to view with the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the The Nag Hammadi Library. The Nag Hammadi Library can be found at

Eve giving life to Adam and all sorts of goodies....

Ah... that makes it all a bit more clear.

A more unorthodox variant of early Christianity, even more dependent on revelation. The Gospel of Thomas etc.
I've thought about reading Thomas, but never got around it.

I'm too busy reading Terry Pratchett.

You are not missing much. Thomas was apparently Jesus's brother. Lot of rehash of NT Gospels from what I remember. I think it was the book where Jesus triaded against physical churches..... Lift up a stone, amd I not there, split open a tree am I not there. I say I think because I have no desire to read it again at this time.

The Coptics really had a way with getting under the skin of the 'organised' church.

I could not dis-agree more with a Jehova's Witness on anything. So what they believe means nothing to me.

And what some other's believe, does not have an effect on me either. The bible says it clearly.

But isn't that what the commandment stating we shall have no other god before Him is all about - it's jealously. God FEARS losing us. He might cry about it, but it's still fear. We have power to injure God by turning away from Him and He fears that.
