Hey! I went to see Leroy Jenkins many years ago when his show came to a local high school football stadium. This couple was leaving because it started to sprinkle, and Leroy challenged him to a fistfight. Leroy said that it wouldn't start a good rain until after the service and we got home. He was right. God was protecting his service.

He healed this woman I knew that was deaf and mute. Didn't last long, if it happened at all because the next time I saw her she couldn't hear or speak. What happened? She wouldn't say.

He got nothing else right that day. He told people they had problems they didn't have.

Leroy ended up in prison for a while for arson, I think. Now he's old and he's back at it.

I know the rent is in arrears
The dog has not been fed in years
It's even worse than it appears
But it's alright-

Perhaps a bit off-topic, but Landover Baptist has their July mailbag posted. This month, the Clueless seem to be fixated upon homosexuals along with the usual blather and recriminations and gibberish. Here's a sample of recriminatory gibberish.

quote:
How dare you sell salvation for money! Repent ye false teacher! It is a free gift from God through Jesus Christ! He already paid the price on the cross! You money hungry whore! REPENT OR STEP DOWN! I repeat, repent and remove anything that references to assuring people salvation through a large donation, IN FACT THAT ENTIRE WEBSITE, or step down NOW! You are greiving the Holy Spirit whom you know not, and you are dishonoring the name of Jesus. REPENT OR STEP DOWN, OR BE JUDGED GREATLY! You shall receive swift judgement straight from the Throne of God, lest you repent or step down NOW and I mean NOW! I repeat, step down now and remove that wicked website! If you so refuse you will be smote so quick you will not know what happened! REPENT OR STEP DOWN! Repent or step down now! This is the Lord's final warning to you! He will not have you dishonor his name, ye worker of darkness! Repent or step down! Put an apology in place of everything on that wicked website! Repent now or step down now! You will not have a chance too much longer! This is your final warning from God! This is your final warning!

It never fails to amaze me at how many people regard this site as deadly serious. Even some atheists and agnostics. It is a sad/funny comment upon our culture that so many are so clouded in their thinking that outragous satire is so easy.

I've thought about composing a letter for their mailbag, but I'm afraid that my tongue might get stuck in my cheek and drown in wet tobacco. But maybe I'll give it a try, a sort of a reverse satire, if you will. Fun is where you make it.

At least this month, nobody threatened to rat them out to the FBI.

As a footnote to Dude's request, WeirdCrap.com has a webpage devoted to Robert Tilton, with goofy Tilton soundbites, (speaking in tounges,) and the hilarious Farting Preacher video, which is a "must have!"

Ooooo, he's got a Jack Chick page as well!

It's been so long since I've read a new Chick tract that I'm having withdrawl.

Thanks, Chip, this looks like a good'un!

Holy Moses! A friend once got me a copy of Marrs' Circle of Intrigue. The premise is that a few powerful families (e.g. Bush, Rothschild, etc.) rule the world. I think it says somewhere that Spain's king Juan Carlos III is the anti-christ. He footnotes his arguments, but roughly 80% reference his own conspiracy-crazed newsletters.

The guy is a total nut job!! But fun to read!

Wow! Some of those are scary. Very interesting, especially the Presidential Prayer one. I can't believe the ratbags are looking for Nancy on their loony site. I have to show that one to the BABB folks.
