"Normally, water has a molecular structure comprising five angles. If water is to be good for our body, its molecular structure should have six angles. In other words, hexagonal water is good for drinking. It is healthy for all cells of human body."

So sayeth the advertisement, anyway. Now, clustering of water molecules I can understand. But that the clustering can be manipulated so as to produce only hexagonal clusters, and that the clusters will persist through the acid environment of the stomach, is a bit more than I can, well, stomach. Is there a chemist out there who can explain this to me? Here's one of the many sites devoted to water filters which produce hexagonal water:

Pure codswallop!

Water is water. There is no "five angle" or "six angle" moleculare structures for liquid water. There are "molecular structures" for water, but we call these "ice crystals". In a liquid, the molecules can be thought of as tumbling around loosely joined to neighbors. The warmer the fluid the greater the tumbling. This tumbling is destructive to "molecular structures"; the technical term for this destructive process is called melting.
