As one of the founders of this site I can't tell you how proud and happy I am to have finally become a "skeptic friend." I have 50 posts under my belt since we moved to this forum. (51 as if this post.) Plus, I now have one of those star thingies too!

I have just spent the afternoon getting hung up on by Access Resource Services. They are Miss Cleo. I have a phone bill here that clearly shows double charges by the bastards. (No, it is not mine.) I have been all over their collection department. Call after call, click... I subject myself to this abuse in the service of SFN, consumers and all of humanity. All the while, you are doing one liners. I know it's a dirty job you have to do. Does it get lonely at the top?
