Not that I think banning atheists is ok but I pointed out to him that I too am agnostic.... |

Atheism, for some people, is the worship of science. Only science could care less if you worship it or not. |

But even worship of science cannot be equated to religious faith, due to the nature of science itself. There are 50,000+ faiths out there and only one of them requires acurate data and accountability, with no faith required. Unfortunatly this point is rarely absorbed by the other 50,000+. |
"...things I have neither seen nor experienced nor heard tell of from anybody else; things, what is more, that do not in fact exist and could not ever exist at all. So my readers must not believe a word I say." -Lucian on his book True History
"...They accept such things on faith alone, without any evidence. So if a fraudulent and cunning person who knows how to take advantage of a situation comes among them, he can make himself rich in a short time." -Lucian critical of early Christians c.166 AD From his book, De Morte Peregrini |

Holy Shit! This theory of Creation nearly won me over to the Creationist side! Or perhaps not, but it gave me a good laugh. Anyway, I'm off to participate in the same kind of research he did. |
