Interesting article, particularly about the grape harvests. I hadn't thought of something like that as any sort of a gauge.

We could not save the planet, anyway. All we can save is ourselves, at best. The planet will continue on, with or without our species. If we go, something will come along to replace us, and so it will be until the Sun itself will no longer support and encourage life on Earth.

But not to worry; the Rapture will haul the worthy devout aloft, leaving the rest to sweat it out. That's what I'm told, anyway.
