Wasn't an autopsy promised? Whatever happened with that?
The autopsy was done promptly, but the results are not yet available, at least to the public. They should be coming out 'most any day, now. Due to the Earnhardt Law, there will be no photos.
At this point, I think that those results have shown exactly what the doctors (except Hammersthumb, or whatever the hell his name is) said was her condition. If it were otherwise, they would probably have been leaked and the shrieking and mewling of wet-panty, political outrage would be contaminating our ears.
I wonder what the slimebucket Edward will have to say about it, if anything.

Schindler's List. quote: Deathbed dollars While radical right wing Christian groups were raising bundles off the Terri Schiavo case, her parents were agreeing to sell its donor list to a right wing mail house
During the weeks preceding Terri Schiavo's death, a number of radical Christian fundamentalist groups took full advantage of what the Traditional Values Coalition's Rev. Lou Sheldon characterized as a "blessing... to the conservative Christian movement in America." Established organizations like the TVC, relative newcomers like RightMarch.com, and newly minted coalitions like Voice for Terri had their Web sites sizzling with news of the case and extensive fundraising appeals.
Before Terri Schiavo died on Thursday, March 31, her parents apparently had agreed to sell the names and e-mail addresses of donors to their daughter's case to Response Unlimited, a right wing direct mail house. However, within twenty-hours of David Kirkpatrick's March 29 New York Times piece exposing the arrangement, Response Unlimited withdrew Schindler's list from its catalogue.
Is there no depth to which these sanctimonous, right-wing organizations won't shamlessly sink? Have they no sense of decency at all? Must they always get caught in their duplicity before they back off, with not even the least regret or faintest apology beyond that of being sorry for getting caught?
Apparently. And these mendicants demand to be the inspiration of our moral standards and our guides to proper ethics. Better to study a weasle -- you'd find a lot less hypocratcy.
Jesus wept.

"What about the autopsy?"
I read a report in the paper, maybe a week to ten days after her death, in which they said there was no sign that Terri Schiavo had been abused recently, or that her brain problems stemmed from abuse. The full results of tests on her brain will take longer - it takes some time for the brain to get hardened enough to study. But, that was a few weeks ago, so those results should be soon. |

Results still pending according to this article from today, but apparently there is still a small group of idiots hanging on to the thrill of the cause. |

Was there ever any question that they would?
I hope this guy sues the Shindler family and every crackpot who went on national TV accusing him of abusing/attempting to kill his wife.

An interesting report, even though it was pretty much predicted here and elsewhere.
And it will make not one iota of difference to Randall Terry, Tom DeLay the idiot Frist, and the rest of the delusion-sufferers that howled to keep her and her family condemned to the hell they were suffering. Be damned to them all...

Get ready for round two. quote: TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Gov. Jeb Bush said Friday that a prosecutor has agreed to investigate why Terri Schiavo collapsed 15 years ago, citing an alleged time gap between when her husband found her and when he called 911. Bush said his request for the probe was not meant to suggest wrongdoing by Michael Schiavo. "It's a significant question that during this ordeal was never brought up," Bush told reporters.
In a statement issued by his lawyer, Schiavo called the development an outrage.
"I have consistently said over the years that I didn't wait but 'ran' to call 911 after Terri collapsed," Schiavo said in the release.
Jeb Bush, not unlike his brother, is a sick fuck!

Jeb is a victim of that fundy logic. You absolutely cannot under whatever weight of evidence admit that you might have been wrong about something, otherwise this will mean you are wrong about everything. The only strategy is to deny the evidence or change the subject. Go on the attack rather than admit failure.
Pathetic is right.

Dude my dear friend, I have loathed and despised the pig-fuckers ever since GHWB was head of the CIA, and before. From Prescott Bush, the WW-II profteer and Nazi enabler, to the Neil the Silverado swindler, to our current, alledged president, to this particular waste of semen and ova, they are all the same.
An accurate history of the family will make you wish for retroactive, genetic abortion.

I heard an interesting proposal on talk radio the other day. This guy proposed that Bill Frist could be brought up on charges of medical ethics violations in Tennessee for his infamous remote diagnosis. I don't know if that would translate to political fallout, especially with the makeup of our Legislature, but it might be fun to watch this guy twist in the wind for a little while, (especially just before the mid-term elections). |
