Instead of giving NASA a little money to make 3D cartoons, couldn't your government spend a lot of money to build a defensive barrier against hurricanes?
This would be a big challenge for your engineers.
You could ask for help to Dutch engineers, expert in constructions to control forces of the sea.

Okay, that does it. Can someone shut this tool and/or thread up? He/she/it doesn't know what the fuck is going on and is now trying to divert attention away from dumbass theories to an ongoing tragedy. The usefullness of this "dialog" is finished.

No, it's not finished.
I'm convinced your government wants to move your attention on some nice space fables, beginning with children (NASA for kids), because reality is hard to look: economy doesn't go too well, war in Iraq has disappointed expectations, oil has become too expensive and will finish up in a short time, and now also a terrible hurricane.

Even if it was true (BUT TRUE IT IS NOT) and you had understood origin of the world, oil will finish up in a short time, drug will continue to disturb the mind of many guys, pollution will increase more and more and Bush will continue to do nothing.
