Yeah, he rear-ended a car in a roundabout the other day by driving too close to the car in front which had to break for a bicycle.

Unfortunately, I think that Phelps would like to become a martyr like his hero, Åke Green.
He does not deserve any attention. |

| I think he's not going to try anything, with the Royal family or anyone else. I'm not sure he would want to end up getting arrested in Sweden... even if it would be funny. He's just attacking people left and right for no reason at all. Is he serious or is it all an act? |

Considering that he doesn't actually do much ruling, why go after him?
This guy must have serious mental problems. Has anyone ever analyzed his behaviour? Shouldn't he be locked up in an institution? Or maybe exchange his freedom for Saddam Husseins - the lesser of two evils?

The link seems to be an anti-Bush (see, we all can agree on something!  ), anti-Catholic rant that touches upon homosexuality only briefly -- something to do with Cheney and his daughter. I confess that I didn't read ther whole thing. It's quite long and was put up before the 2004 election. More religo-political than anything else, I think.

I can't judge them, but a man of God reading the word of God should be able to remind them that they should change to please our invisible as the movenments of the wind God. Phelps hasn't gone to Sweden so far. Instead he has turned his insane focus to protesting at the funerals of GIs.

The guy is seriously warped. He would be amusing if he didn't have such a long & sordid history of wife and child abuse (a quick google will turn it up, and it's been posted a time or two around here somewhere).
I don't see how he's getting away with insulting the war dead. Sooner or later, someone's liable flip out and cap his ass and I'm a little suprised that he hasn't been at least punched out. It is also interesting to note that he is not joined by any other homophobes, of which there are many. Not even they can stomach him.
I wonder if, like so many vicious nut-jobs, he'll ultimatly self destruct.
