BUZZZZ!!!!!! Tacky buzzer. Got to your room and eat a booger.
I fully acknowledge that Clinton lied under oath. It was wrong and he shouldn't have done it. Now explain to me what a hummer in the Oval office has to do with a land deal in Arkansas.

Want to take those accusations up, one at a time? I'll answer them. vrwc
OK, compare and contrast Iran/Contra subsidized by drug smuggling with lying about cheating on your wife. The plane crashed, there was no doubt as to what was going on when they got caught. I don't believe the facts from either case are in dispute. |

Here's another guy who was supporting George W. Bush's war of terror against the citizens of Iraq. It seems a great deal of his bribe taking resulted in his working to boost the profits of a couple of defense contractors. More war, more money for those who support it. But the intelligent, informed, clear thinking people already knew that.quote: San Diego-Area Representative Cunningham Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy...
SAN DIEGO, (AP) -- Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham [50th Dist. - R] admitted taking $2.4 million in bribes as part of guilty pleas Monday in a case that grew from an investigation into the sale of his home to a wide-ranging conspiracy involving payments in cash, vacations and antiques.
[...]
In a prepared statement, prosecutors said Cunningham admitted to receiving at least $2.4 million in bribes paid to him by several unnamed conspirators through a variety of methods, including checks totaling over $1 million, cash, rugs, antiques, furniture, yacht club fees and vacations.
"He did the worst thing an elected official can do -- he enriched himself through his position and violated the trust of those who put him there," U.S. Attorney Carol Lam said in the statement.
Enrich himself through his position and violate the trust of the people who put him there, eh? How novel.
