I've had been thinking lately that it seems the conservative stance on global warming has been shifting from outright denial to the attitude that while global warming is happening, it isn't that big a deal. And recently I discovered this specific report from the National Center for Politcy Analysis.
Don't Fight Global Warming, Learn To Live With It, Says Report: http://www.ncpa.org/prs/cd/2005/20050914.htm
And here's another article on it from US News and World Report: http://www.usnews.com/usnews/biztech/articles/050920/20commerce.htm
While I really tend to disagree with this stance and support the Kyoto Treaty instead (and isn't it just fabulous that some American "blue states" are going ahead and acting on their support despite the federal government's resistance!) I do think this is at least a step in the right direction.
Other thoughts?
