The new development, which will be part of the Westminster Promenade, which includes restaurants and theaters, will be built on land between the hotel and the Sun Microsystems Ice Centre. Construction will begin next spring with an opening in the summer of 2007.

The 60 condominium units in the building will range in price from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Two floors of the residential units will be sold as "condo hotel" units, which can be rented as part of the hotel when not being used by the owners.

Well, I guess I know where I won't live. Though right now, I work right across the highway (US 36) from this new condo/spa/etc complex. You'd think he could move his condo's up the highway a few miles into Boulder and keep the insanity contained. But now it has to leak over into Westminster. Eh, maybe mom's value on her home will go up enough to let her move into something smaller while still making a profit.

They (Women Marines) don't have a nickname, and they don't need one. They get their basic training in a Marine atmosphere, at a Marine Post. They inherit the traditions of the Marines. They are Marines.
