the old semetic gods are a really nasty lot. i mean the god of abraham kicks some major league ass. zeus and thor are very mellow by comparison. inca gods are also very bloodthirsty, but not so genocidal as jehova.

I got 7 out of 10. Not bad considering I had to be dragged to church from the time I could walk. (Except for one summer when I was in 9th grade. There was this really hot guy in youth group)
I reworded the question in my mind "From all I've heard, who's the bigger asshole?"

No, you just didn't have any attractive distractions in 9th grade youth group. It's difficult to appreciate what preacher man is saying if you're too busy checking out someone's buns.

Ya know, it's funny that in all my years being forced to go to Sunday School (Baptist, at that!), never once (unless I was asleep at the time) was this "Vengeful" god taught to us. This is why I'm so shocked nowadays when such horrible passages are pointed out to me:
Noah got drunk and had sex with his two daughters?!
God sent a bear to kill a bunch of kids simply for making fun of someone being bald?!
God told His people to rape and kill women and children?!
This is the so-called God of Love?!
I think not.
(I'll take this time to point out to those who may not have heard of this site yet: http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/ . I really hope that one day they put this in print!)
