The arrow on the top of the post is 'reply with quote'. This forum uses different software but once you get used to it, it's no problem. For a url= you have to put " around the address. That is one big difference. Another is [size=2 if you want to make the quote font bigger.

[ size=2 ]...[ /size=2 ]
[ url="..." ]name[ /url ]

Also, if you hold the mouse arrow over anything on the post menus, it will tell you what that command does. Anything else, just ask.

Yes, the FDA has done a poor job regulating foods and supplements for a long time. But they had done a better job on medical devices until this latest nonsense.

The news mentioned the study today showing kids' pesticide levels lower with organic veges. If I could get my kid to eat anything green or red, I guess I'd get organic after seeing the study.
