Ha! That's nothing. Wait until you see the upgrade I have coming for SFN right after Christmas. I wanted to add it tonight but the coding is extremely difficult. This one definately has to be perfect or posting will be impossible

Oh, crap. Good luck, @. I have a feeling you're gonna need it.

We all sit here, poised at our keyboards waiting with baited breath......

P.S. If it is any consolation to you @tomic, i am currently sitting at work on a public holiday trying to get my asp pages to work on our Intranet. No go so far......bloody VB Script.....all the best with the update.

Hope everyone had a great Holiday!
Now if I could only get rid of that "beached whale" feeling. I'd never prepared a meal for eight before, and I think I might have gone a tad overboard. :buuurrrrp:

Two words,
Alka Selszer Or if you perfer, one word, Tums.
I, myself don't have that problem, 'cause I don't have much family left or that I talk to and the two people I do live with don't get along with me.
On a happier note, if it wasn't for on line friends, where would some of us be?
This girl I've been emailing to in Canada for several years, who I met in a pet chat room, sent me a mug with the coolest print of a snake on it.
How great is that? I'm a happy camper.
Happy New Year.

What is it exactly that is causing you all this grief?

Oh and this update will be happening. I have it working on 2 other sites already but this site runs on a previous version of the forum code so a few changes need to be made but that's it. I have almost a week off to accomplish it and I am not wasting all that time on this LOL so I had better finish it a hell of a lot sooner. One hint as to what it is: The "preview" button will no longer be needed

Well you're right. I don't need a preview button.
In fact I don't need any buttons at all,
if I go to the home page or the forum page the entire Internet Explorer program bombs. Humbug!

Wow! How long has it been doing that? I haven't made any significant changes to the code in a while now. Anything I have been working on has not been added to the forum. My only guess is that it might be the Personal Messages audio. I had to associate the wav file type with another program or I was crashing as well. Real Player is NOT the program of choice for wav's folks.

I am writing a quiz page for new starters on our Helpdesk. I want to send the results to a simple Access database, then also E-Mail my boss with those results as well. I have a development server and it kinda works....I just have to tinker a bit more....

I'll get there soon.

Happy New Year! However, smart skeptics should never venture out on *Amateur Night* for fear of *suffering the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune*. Better safe at home posting sweet nothings here (or sweet somethings) than to be out there playing dodge-em cars with the teenage drunk drivers.

I never go out on *Amateur Night* myself.

It is the night that those without the know-how, without the sense of style and sophistication, try their un-tutored hands at the drinking of alcoholic beverages.
