YO: Just THIS In from...From CNN...

Flood Damage Not In Hurricane Policy, Judge Rules

A federal judge Tuesday rejected a couple's insurance claim for Hurricane Katrina-related flood damage in a case sure to resonate with property owners ravaged by the storm. The case is the first to be heard from hundreds of Katrina-related cases against insurers, which argue they are not responsible for reimbursing homeowners for flood or wind damage.

-----------------------------------------------------

Why yes, of course. No one ever heard of a hurricane that damaged anything with wind and water.

Wonder what kind of hush money the insurance companies passed along for this decision.

OY!

I like that: "Activist Judge"! Kudos, OY, for turning the phraseology of the opposition against them.

YO, 2-Quarters Mooner:

I can't think of a more activist group of Justices than the five who defeated Al Gore in 2000.

Thanks and OY!
