That reminds me. I should watch Event Horizon again. It is a fun movie.
As for that guy's world. I wouldn't want any part of it. It is full of self-righteous sadistic glee.

Must be a lot of people agree with you, Wreck. I didn't open it -- doubtless it's the same, old guff and I am a little short of patience today, but I notice that it's got all of a one star rating. I wonder who 'one' is....

That's convincing and frightening, appealing as it did to every infidel's deeply seated belief in the supernatural.
It scared the Atheism right out of me. The brilliant use of sound, music, and animation to scroll a long, rambling, and nearly incomprehensible text message down the screen was especially effective. Nay, no, never! Nay, no, never no more will I be the wild Atheist. No, never, no more!

I should have given up long before I got to the part where it claims that atheism is worship of Satan, but I kept on going and was treated to the pleasant news that atheism is God's fault. That's right: it seems that he withheld his blessings from some souls, and he knew they were destined for hell because of it.

Seems to me the only way a person can believe in love and compassion in religion is to be totally afraid of hell.
