If America could be assigned personality trait, I'd say it was egocentric: Nothing exists outside a very limited scope of American interests. Most people in the rest of the world, I bet, thinks "finally someone (Chavez) with balls enough to stand up against that criminal (Bush)".
Of course, I realize there are people (Skeptic Friends among them) who view suff from a wider perspective, who realize the global impact of American policies, and how they affect the rest of the world.

Stupid Democratic wimps are falling all over themselves with the "don't insult my President" nonsense. Honestly, you'd think at least one of them might point out all the Chavez bashing Bush has done, not to mention the rest of the name calling coming from the Bush regime. |

If Europe could be assigned a personality trait, I'd say it was the tendency to over-generalize about America from the spectator seats of the global arena. But I won't, because that would be a bullshit over-generalization, too.
