I've seen this one before, and I think it's a spoof. Unfortunately the person running it seems to have left too few hints to that effect, or perhaps too subtle.

Yeah, I think it is, too. Reading the answers to the E mails is something of a convincer. Also, they link to The Onion in a couple of places. Took me a while to go through it.
But, ain't it a great one! Probably one of the better parody sites.
