Seems there is a Kuwaiti business wanker, with more money than brains, who will pay any amount for Saddam's gallows rope. quote:

No accounting for taste, I suppose -- he already has the head of the toppled statue of Saddam. If he is succesful, he can hang the rope on it, just like the real thing.
I wonder what useless item he will want in order to to fluff his ego next next. Bush's "Mission Accomplished" codpiece, perhaps?
