You can download a shareware-tool for your Windows PC that let's you manipulate people from a distance at:

I am still not entirely convinced that this site is serious. From their product description for Tele Hypnosis 1.0:

Windows has come with built in hypnotic software for years. It's called solitaire

They just added a new version of that hypnotic software to Windows. It's called Pinball. Comes with everything from 2000 on up.

Actually it came with NT4 and up. At one time it was considered the only reason to use NT4 workstation.
I was always a minesweeper fan myself.
Back on topic, the Tifareth website is registered to a company in madrid. I filled out an FTC complaint form, but it isn't likely to have any effect. Still, if you've got 10 minutes go to www.ftc.gov and follow the links. There's a special form for international complaints.
