Google has removed links to a site that is critical of $cientology. They did this after the usual lame complaints of copyright infringement. What happened to fair use?

I tried searching for "xenu", and "scientology" using google and found op.clambake with both searches.

It might end with more bad pub. for the evil ones. Scary though.

While Google has only brought back the link to the homepage of Xenu.net and keeps the rest of the pages blocked, it appears that the whole thing backfired spectacularly.

Because of the many storys about the delisting Xenu.net has risen in the result order for Scientology and will most liekly continue to rise.

If you do a Google search on Scientolgy now you will get Xenu.net at place 4! A newsitme from the namibian about the censoring may appaer. Depending on luck you can also get a sponsored link advert reading:

What is Scientology? Xenu.net is
the definitive guide to Scientology
