Okay, let's see: Einstein (an atheist whose name has become a synonym for genius) created the theories of Special and General Relativity.
Comfort (a theist who is a legend in his own mind) created the Crocoduck, and the banana as a proof of God. Despite what Comfort seems to think, neither a mustache nor a Jewish ancestry makes one a genius.
Certainly not all atheists are as brilliant as Einstein, and not all theists are as boneheadedly stupid as Comfort. But Comfort is surely no Einstein. Like Hovind, Comfort is only an influence to his flock of the dullest knuckle-draggers, those who would refuse to think critically even if they could.
