Every recent President of the United States has had a Presidential Library erected as a monument to his name. Soon, groundbreaking at Southern Methodist University will commence for a monument to George W. Bush. The design of this particular monumental building will play down the "library" theme, and concentrate on pure monumentalness.

The Busholeum (artist's rendering)

The fire- and riot-resistant "Busholeum," as it has been dubbed, will eventually house the preserved bodies of President George W. Bush and his entire Administration. A sealed vault will contain the administration's presidential papers (which will be available to scholars for research beginning in 2110), as well as approximately a ton of lobbyist gold.

The Busholeum is expected to open to the general public in Spring of 2011, with a ticket price in the low five-digit range.

Busholeum is what you get when you steamroller the man and use him for flooring material, isn't it?

I'd pay good money for a few square yards of that stuff.

Oh, and thanks, Filthy for the idea, which came to me after this posting of yours.

And all this time I was thinking that we'd never see the Busholeum because, like his brain, not even light could escape it.

Happy to have helped....
