Seriously.

OMG! I think I just peed myself!

Wait....that was really Tina Fey doing an SNL skit....right?
Sadly, Tina Fey's Palin is far more comprehensible, smart, and charming than Palin's Palin.

More analysis of Palin:
After thirty years of meeting and interviewing politicians, I can think of exactly three people who sounded as uninformed and vacant as this. All are now out of office. One was a chronic drunk.

So CBS has another clip of Palin and Couric.

Couric asks her what sorts of media outlets did she use to stay informed before being tapped as VP.

Pretty easy question to answer. You list some newspapers-- like one or two from your home state. And maybe a big national one. If you're Palin, you mention Fox News. Maybe there's a magazine like Newsweek or something. You could throw in AM talk radio, like Rush or Hannity. And some blogs. Pretty easy stuff.

Listen to her answer, though. The final part of her reply is almost weird.

She's really just not that bright.

I read all of them!

All 1480 of them?

Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there – on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.
Carl Sagan - 1996
