| Sticky legal issue as far as I can see, those bonuses are contractual obligations aren't they? But I would love to see every effort made to get the money back anyway, use every legal trick in the book and if that doesn't work write a new book. Or how about this: Okay, you can pay your bonuses, but they must be exactly matched to an immediate payment on the government loan you got. You pay out a $10,000,000 bonus, you pay us back the same amount at the same time. |
