"Outfoxed" is a documentary by Robert Greenwald that examines FOX News and the methods it uses in its programming. I was reminded of this documentary because it uses "Dirty Laundry" by Don Henley and the end of "Layla" by Eric Clapton. It also includes interviews with whistleblowers, TV news employees, and views from the late Walter Cronkite.
In case you get too depressed, solutions to this problem are also offered in the last part, and be sure to watch through the closing credits for "Dirty Laundry", cases of how the media can be given back to the people, and Walter Cronkite mulling his career options. |
