I just saw a music video on YouTube.
It was made by a band called sons of Maxwell, and is the actual story of how Dave Carroll got his precious guitar broken by airline staff. Since the airline broke the guitar he thought they should pay for it, but instead he embarked on a year long goose-chase for restitution.
Finally, he got fed up by it and wrote a song about it.

One-and-a-half week later, the video has more than tree millions views, almost 25'000 ratings, and 16000 comments. The massive attention landed Dave several TV appearences, and finally the attention of the airline itself.
For those of you who haven't seen Web 2.0... you should.
For an anthropological study of the new digital online media, be sure to watch this video/lecture. It's long (almost an hour, but well worth it) so you should make time for it. I really recomment it!
This is all so fascinating...
