Well it probably stands that no TRUE Christian has EVER had an abortion.

I don't know how they can charge a man for something that was part of God's plan. This is the kind of thing you might expect in Sweden or something, not Wisconsin USA.

That would be flattering of you to say, but I am sure you have laws against child abuse in your country as well. You can not be serious when you are actually defending this very likely mentally ill idiot who chose to talk to his imaginary friend instead of, you know, doing something.

He asked you first, you explain first. What did you mean by the OP? Were you being sarcastic?

Are you actually defending the guy who killed his kid through negligence?

What brought that on? this. Original posting here.

Another example of this guy's lunacy here.

I suppose being charged by secular authorities with second degree reckless homicide is a part of gawd's plan.

I'd like you to answer this question as well. Mab thinks you were just being sarcastic, is he correct?

Or are you actually defending this guy who sat and watched his child die an agonizing and torturous death?

What arguments? You just said "I disagree" without saying what you disagreed with, or why.

Shouldn't you be answering Kil's questions to your original post?

There is absolutely no innocence associated with the parents of that little girl, and I think they got off very lightly. I do not see how anyone could defend them.

This is one of the main reasons I find religion so repugnant. Too often it corrupts the mind and destroys the spirit, and kills a lot of innocent people in the process.

If this incident is an example of "God's will," then it is wrong by any moral standard and I'll have none of it. For after all, can not claims of "God's will" be used to excuse any sort of behavior at all? It certainly can, as history tells us. But we don't need history to tell us that, do we? Even as we speak, it is happening all around the world.

I don't understand why the parents or their supporters care about what they are charged with by secular entities. Even if they are terminated, they get their higher reward, right? And their daughter is in heaven now, right? (which begs the question, why did they call an ambulance?) So, they spend a few years in a prison before they go to heaven - big deal!

At least, that would be how I would look at it if I were a True Believer.
