Name one atheist/secular organization, group, or whatever that endorses such a view. I'm not saying you can't find one out there, but I'm not aware of any. If you do manage to find one, I'll find you 10 (for every one you find) that are firmly supportive of the distinction between right and wrong, who would never encourage breaking most laws, and who firmly reject your assumption of anarchy.
