Because of horrific and insanely cruel campaigns by Christian preachers like Helen Ukpabio, uncounted numbers of children in Nigeria have been stigmatized as "possessed by Satan." This has lead to their parents abandoning, torturing, and even killing them.

Sam Ituama has set up a makeshift school and shelter to house and protect more than a hundred of these so-called Witch Children. This is a video about a Nigerian motorcycle club's visit to Ituama's shelter.

It's like we can expect exactly anything from people. Ignorance and superstition, and people willing to make other people's lives even worse. What do these people think? "We don't have enough trouble here in Africa, let's make things worse!" Why? I don't get it. Wouldn't it be far more rewarding to try to improve the world instead? Religion must go, now. It improves nothing and I'm sorry to say it kills people even in this day and age. And then they demand respect. What a tragedy.

"It's enough sometimes to make you wonder if you're on the right planet"
