This city is the national capital of one of the poorest nations on earth. It probably has far more population than the official one million-plus, but the government there has little idea of their own demographics. Built as a planned city, it now has chaotic shantytown warrens crowding every available space.

1. What's the name of the city?

2. Of what nation is it the capital?
