Meet Constantine "Connie" Xinos, a real class act (/sarcasm):

God damned libertarians.
It's not complicated for Xinos.

"You may like the library, but when you call 9-1-1, you want a policeman or a fireman before someone to tell you where the books are in the library," says the man who has talked of privatizing, outsourcing or even closing the library.

"I understand that my philosophy is conservative," Xinos says, adding that government just needs to catch bad guys, put out fires, fix the streets and make sure buildings are sturdy.
Yeah, why should he pay taxes to fund resources meant to educate the public? Just make sure the cops and firemen are protecting his stuff.

I do hate this bastard:
"I wanted that kid to lose sleep that night," a grinning Xinos says Wednesday, as he invites me for a nearly two-hour interview in his Mercedes-Benz in the gated Oak Brook community where he lives.
He campaigned, successfully, against a plan to bring subsidized housing for seniors into town by declaring, "I don't want to live next to poor people. I don't want poor people in my town."

Wow, what a tough guy, picking fight with librarians, women and little girls. I'm not one who likes to boast, but this ex-Navy SEAL would love to shove "Connie's" p*ssy ex-Marine head up his ass.

Here's some more info on the jackass:

Xinos v. Oak Brook, he wasted a huge amount of Village resources by suing to keep the library from being built because he didn't like the results of the referendum (in which a majority of Oak Brook residents said they did want the library).

In Posey v. Tate, he fought to allow a tax cheat who made $72,000 a year to pay only $330 a month to his wife for child support.

In People v. Clay, Xinos tried to get a triple murderer out of jail. Why? Well, because when the triple murderer confessed to those murders, it was only as part of an attempt to plea himself out of a later armed robbery, so that confession shouldn't have been held against him.

In People v. Johnson, Xinos defended a man who had amassed a giant collection of child pornography.

In People v. Satek, Xinos worked on behalf of an armed robber to get evidence thrown out. The idiot had detailed his crimes over the phone at the jail, and then wanted the evidence thrown out because he was too stupid to know they tape calls from the jail.

What we can do about it:

People can complain about an attorney's behavior by filing a request with the ARDC; from their website https://www.iardc.org/index.html

A request should include all important information that relates to your request. If possible, it should be typewritten or printed to be sure that it is legible. The request should include:
- Your name, address and telephone number;
- the name, address and telephone number of the attorney whom you want us to investigate (include the lawyer's full name, as well as the law firm name);
- Any court case names and numbers;
- A description of what the lawyer did or did not do that may have been improper; and
- Any supporting documents that you have, such as letters, agreements, or other documents involved.

Lawyer: Constantine Xinos, 134 N. Lasalle Street Suite 444 of Chicago, IL 60602, 312-263-6167

any complaints - and i filed one - can be submitted to:

the Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission
130 East Randolph Drive, Suite 1500
Chicago, IL 60601-6219
(312) 565-2600

"What? Oh, oh, 'just rebuild it'? Oh, real [bleep]ing original. And who's gonna give me a loan, jackhole? You? You got an ATM on that torso LiteBrite?"

Xinos, who says he never had children in part because he wasn't sure he'd be able to support them, sprinkles the F-word throughout his conversations.

Talk about "selfish genes"! I'm sure glad he didn't pass his on.

Seriously, Charles Dickens must have met an ancestor of Xinos, sometime before creating his Ebeneezer Scrooge character.
