I can kinda make it out, but at the moment, I only have one working eye so that might be reliable.
Cosmic indeed but not as spooky as Bachmann, Coulter and Limbaugh, who have taken spookiness to a whole, new depth. One wonders what they are stirring in that cauldron -- Sarah Palin's bathwater?

It took me a second to see it as well. She's facing to the right. The protuberance directly across from the bright star is her nose. Then it goes down into her mouth and long Jay Leno chin. Her eye would be just above the nose and in. One you see it you can't miss it.

In what's becoming a Halloween tradition, we like to see how Dan Savage handles the "holiday." Two years ago, he wrote one of the funniest things I've ever read. John posted it here with this excerpt:

Is that the true spirit of Halloween or what? The only thing I can suggest would be to change the name on his mailbox to "Vlad Tepes."
