Take a look at this quiz, I swear your eyes don't deceive you.

There is a thread about this at the JREF but I feel if filthy
doesn't go there, he'll miss this doozie.
Other amusing comments can be found in the question about skirt slits (the ones that are necessary so that women can walk in them?), asking if ones that go above the knee are immodest, includes words of wisdom like:
"Slits are there for a reason, and it's not modesty."- A stern 25 year old.
and
"Goodness yes, a slit can reveal both the leg, the inner parts of the leg, and sometimes from odd angles the underwear. Not to mention the fact that seeing leg above the knee can be a stumbling block." - A very old fashioned 21 year old.
Another question (they all seem to be Agree/Disagree questions with levels) asks. 'Seeing a girl stretching (e.g. arching the back, reaching the arms back, and sticking out the chest) is a stumbling block.'
"Whoever came up with this is a genius - I always thought I was crazy for being distracted by that." This curious fellow is 13.
Also featured:
"Guys have radars for these kind of moments - like National Geographic photographers 'know' when an animal is about to do something really cool." A dedicated Nat Geo reader aged somewhere between 30-34.
However, it gets really creepy when you reach the question "Immodest clothing is not a problem (for you) when a girl in your own family wears it."
Note that this question doesn't specify which member of the family, nor does it mention being sexually aroused by it, but a hell of a lot of them leap to the idea that seeing their sister in sexy clothing will make them lose control. Apparently the only things stopping them from trying to do the dirty with their sisters is god and the bible (and they say Atheists have no moral base?)
"I'm still tempted to look. I guess it's a guy "thing". :-/ " Says one sexually frustrated and seriously nuts 17 year old.
"Lust is lust. It knows no boundaries. Thank the Lord, though, my sisters and mother dress very modestly." Says Lord-thwarted Sexual Predator, aged 22.
"A girl is a girl. My sisters look like girls, and therefore they are potentially a temptation. Just because I have a relationship with them does not mean that their womanliness physically can not stir up wrong thoughts." Responds creepy 18 year old with no boundaries.

(My personal favourite, and the squickiest thing I've read all year).
"My younger sister, 14, is just recently becoming more of a young lady. It was not too long ago that I (for the first time) had to bring up her dress to her. It's not a question of incest. It's a question of instinct. I could probably think for a moment and realize that it's my sister, but why be put in that position in the beginning?" Says the freakiest 22 year old in the world.
ETA: "Even mothers or sisters can inspire impure thoughts if they dress or act immodestly and its even more of a danger because you're around them all the time and the possibility of sinful thoughts is even greater." Says Creepy McSexpest, aged 21. |
