I get the feeling, based on the continuing lineup, that it wasn't his liberalism that ended his show. And it's not as though MSNBC was unaware of Oldermann's ratings. It really does look like it was mutual. Or that mostly he just wanted out. Time will tell, since no one is saying much. |

I am surprised only by the abrubtness of his departure, not the departure itself. He was pretty pissed of at MSNBC, I think, for a while now.
