The "tone" was fine. I learned a few things about that issue... When I can get my act together, tonight or tomorrow, I'll try and post a rundown of my overall impressions of this years TAM. One thing I can say is it was something more than awesome, if there is a more than awesome. This was the best TAM in many ways that I have been to. I missed some of the intimacy of the older TAM's. Once you get up to 1600 people, I guess that sort of thing can't be helped. But the overall excellence of the speakers and the panels was amazing. There were some panels that I thought would be train wrecks and turned out to be terrific.

I need to decompress a bit. I'm coming off a five day binge (along with many other people) and neurons aren't firing as they should be, or at least as they usually do...

Oh. And I have photos coming as soon as I get my act together. I also want to collect a few from other people who were there.

You're welcome. That was fun, eh?

I have written a lot more about TAM9 for this weeks SFN Skeptic Summary. There are photos and lots of links there too!
