Thanks to everyone who contributed to this fund. I would not have made it to TAM without your help. And that's a fact. As it stands now, there is no doubt that I'm going and I might even be able to eat something other than burgers for at least one or two meals! Usually that means a trip to the buffet, where most of the "special" meals are held. (One nice thing is that by Vegas standards, the buffet at the Southpoint is pretty cheap because the Southpoint is off the strip, even though it's as impressive as any of the strip hotels.) And I won't have to sweat out cab fare, if I need it.
Every year I think, "No way am I going to make it." This year you guys (and a forum grant from the Jref) made it possible.

I have lined up a netbook. So I'm pretty sure I will be able to send regular (as regular as they have ever been) updates from TAM. Now I have to learn how to use a pc. I hope it has a spell checker somewhere on it! |
