You had to know that the RR people would do this.
In a quandary about Halloween? Rather than turn your lights out this year or just give trick-or-treaters candy, would you like to take advantage of the opportunity to lead them to the Lord? A lot of people attach candy to a kid-level Gospel tract. You can get them from:

2. Chick: they have suggestions for young children and older youths (some of the tracts suggested for older kids would be too scary for younger kids).
