As for me, there's too much religion in your favourite.

This is one of my favourites:

Unfortunately it's in Swedish...
A quick translation of the first two verses:

So now it's Christmas again in both large and small houses
And across the country draws a collective madness
There'll be decorating, singing, and posting the silly Christmas-cards
O Jesus, now look what you've done

Because if you have not been born we would not have this feast
With elves, stockfish and the sultry mulled wine
and some scrubby spruce,
and getting overdoses of Jingle Bells

The lyrics continues making observations on the customs of Christmas from a tired, maybe cynical, dispassionate observer who never got any nice or expensive presents when he was a child.
The guy who wrote the lyrics has received several prestigious awards in music and poetry (and both), not specifically for this song, but for stuff he's made, just to indicate that this is actually a quality song which some Swedes love to hate because its repetitiveness and samplings of national Christmas treasures.

But when I was five I would have answered differently, with Gayla Peevey, singing this song. I remember playing the single record many time on a Victrolla.
