I think that the kid was just trying to jack his principal up and succeded. The old biddy way over reacted.
Lest we forget; this is an high school student, and those are well known for that sort of nonsense.

You mean 'copywrite' and I was thinking the same thing.

Actually, he meant trademark and not copyright. But if he had either, his "I was just doing this to make a point about the First Amendment" defense probably wouldn't have gotten to SCOTUS. |
