The thurst of the post was that the US military was somehow "censoring political speech in Canada." I suggested that a more rational review of the data showed otherwise. Now we're focused on Lou Dobbs, which is pretty much neither here nor there.

If you read and not skim the article, you would see she is reporting on the things that CNN has reported concerning the NAU. There is nothing there that even hints that CNN dismisses Lou Dobbs in any way. |
Nor did I imply that. Again, your reading comprehension skills are lacking. I simply showed that a regular contributor to the Lou Dobbs show failed to mention that Lou Dobbs himself was one of the people who talks about the mysterious NAU, instead dismissing it as something brought up largely by conspiracy theorists.
I guess I didn't pepper my post with enough random You Tube clips from Dobbs' show? In any case, Media Matters has documented how Dobbs misuses data regarding immigration on his show (e.g. here, here, and so on). But that's neither here nor there; I'd rather get to a discussion of the SPP and NAU after we clear up the discussion of your original arguments.

Are you going to retract your comments about Lou Dobbs being paranoid and xenophobic, which was a silly ad hom attack with no basis in fact. |
Retract what? I provided links strongly suggesting that Dobbs selectively uses data that favors a hard-line anti-immigrant position, and ignores or misrepresents data that weakens his position against immigrants.
But again, Dobbs is a tertiary focus of this thread; earlier, I introduced comments directly responding to the more central issues you brought up. If you can't see that, then it's not worth continuing this discussion and I'm done talking with you.
