Religions by their very nature are blood-sucking parasites but Scientology is a lampray amongst the leeches. I'm delighted to see Belgians smarting up and emulating the Germans, who have had the Hubbard Crime Family's number for decades.

Are they suggesting that if a prosecutor recommends that a party should stand trial, they shouldn't stand trial because the recommendation would make it difficult for them to defend themselves? This would mean that nobody should stand trial unless the prosecutor had recommended that they should not stand trial.
