It certainly looks like it from here. On reading a transcript of this segment of his show, one could almost see the drool running down his chin as he threatened to "go after" various media figures and pols that displeased him by busting his sagging hump over his Harlem restaurant comments: "They're just like white places! Whoda thunk it?! They weren't even calling each other 'motherfucker!'" -- big paraphrase here, but that's the gist.
On the September 27 edition of his nationally syndicated radio show, while discussing media coverage of his recent controversial comments about race, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly asserted: "These people aren't getting away with this. I'm going to go right where they live. Every corrupt media person in this country is on notice, right now. I'm coming after you." He went on to warn: "You smear somebody and you can't back it up, you're gonna get it. ... You go after somebody's family, you go after them and smear them with defamation that you can't back up, I'm coming to your house. I'm coming to your house. You'll have a camera up your nose. OK?" Later during the program, O'Reilly stated that newspapers such as The New York Times and the New York Daily News, "ran up to Harlem and they fed black Americans bogus quotes from Media Matters." Continuing, he said, "Now, the black Americans up there, they didn't listen to The Radio Factor. They didn't know this was coming from Media Matters. ... So, the reporter ... feeds them the quote, and of course they say bad things about me." O'Reilly called these newspapers' actions "the height of racism." Apparently referring to the media who he said "ran up to Harlem and ... fed black Americans bogus quotes from Media Matters," O'Reilly added, "f I could strangle these people and not go to hell and get executed ... I would -- but I can't. ... All I can do is expose them. And I will."
Ok Bill (O'Reilly that is, not our Bill), expose away. And when you have them out in the daylight, then what? Are you going to sue? Punch them out? What? I mean, a camera/microphone up the nose isn't all that much of a threat and would probably just get your own snout broken if you tried it. But before you do anything, you'd better be sure that you indeed [i]did not make the offensive comments. And thus I don't expect a whole lot of action on that front, 'cause you most certainly did. Indeed, such things are all but habitual with you and come as small suprise to the rest of us.

Anyhow, reading the article, he becomes less coherent as he goes along, and I am beginning to wonder if a nice, quiet vacation at the Soft Wall Theme Park, with it's attentive staff, soothing nostrums, and it's internationally famous Electro Ride, might be of benefit to him. The poor fellow obviously needs a rest from the hurly-burly of polluting the air waves.

Yeah, I think you hit on it, Fil. Madness is certainly the simplest explanation for O'Reilly. That, compounded by some kind of addiction to uppers, may also explain Ann Coulter. (My guess is meth and/or cocaine in her case.)

I have mixed feelings about this. Let's face it, if O'Reilly goes off the air then Stephanie Miller loses a lot of show material. But I suppose there are more than enough doofuses to take his place.

Nah, with her I think it's crack. Look at how skinny she is.
