Found while browsing from images to manipulate, this is a cover from a comic book, published in 1946. It's not been edited by me.
WWII was just completed, the Axis defeated. Our erstwhile allies the Soviets and Chinese were not yet fully seen as enemies. What's a desperate comic book editor to do for villains?
